Cabin was beautiful! It was decorated for Christmas. It was spacious and very family friendly. Hot tub was nice for relaxing after long days in town. The game room was a hit with the kids and good for friendly family pool games during down time. Cabin was clean
had nice furniture, quality bedding, and location convenient to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

The cabin was great! It was nicer than we imagined. The welcome package was very useful and the owner/ management were quick to respond to our needs. My 4 teenage boys spent hours playing pool which allowed my wife and I to relax. The views from the porches
are breathtaking and the hot tub made it easy to stay outside. The roads to the cabin are easily traveled. My only concern was the road that the cabin actually sits on. It could be difficult in the event of bad weather.

Jun 20, 2013 Beautiful Cottage
Date of Stay June 9, 2013
Cottage was great so close to everything without the steep mountain roads to travel. This was the first our grandchildren had been to the Smoky's, of course they loved everything there. They fed the fish in the creek, loved playing in water. Pool table was
big hit too. The cottage is very nice, bedrooms large size. The kitchen was great. Staff was so nice to work with. They answered any questions we had promptly. Very nice to deal with. We all had a great time there at the cottage, peaceful and beautiful. We
have been going to the mountains for over 25 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed.

The location of this cottage was perfect for visiting the tourist attractions during the day, then relaxing at the cottage in the evening. It is a short drive to Pigeon Forge but secluded enough to enjoy. The creek provided a lot of fun. We fished, fed the
fish, skipped rocks, and even caught a baby turtle. It is very kid friendly as our 21month son had a blast with the creek and running around the big yard! We hated to leave the cottage! We are looking forward to returning soon!

Apr 1, 2013 Truly a home away from home
Date of Stay March 28, 2013
We had a family of 6 people on a 3 day vacation to pigeon forge, and it felt like we really stayed at a great home. The place was super clean, and a great floor plan with open living room, kitchen and dining area. I would recommend this place to anyone not
wanting to put up with the hassles of a motel. There was even a hot tub, which was not advertised. We did not need to take anything accept food to eat, as all else was there. They even had a new bar of soap in the bath. Super place, great price. The garage
was a bonus as well which makes loading and unpacking much easier.

Mar 20, 2013 Close to the main strip
Date of Stay December 29, 2012
This location is perfect for those families that want to enjoy Pigeon Forge and during the day then retreat to quiet nights in the countryside. I don't like having to drive up and down mountains every day so this was the perfect spot for me. We didn't use the
hot tub but it looked nice. The back yard is huge and there really are fish ready to eat your leftover bread. There were some cows across the creek that were fun to watch. Inside the house, there are 3 bedrooms with two of them larger than normal rentals.
The master could sleep 4 kids in sleeping bags plus the parents. It's nice that there were enough rolls of toilet paper in each room that we didn't have to buy any. There was also a starter pack or two for laundry soap. The kitchen had all of the regular amenities
but my husband was impressed with the kitchen-aid mixer. My brother was most impressed with the pool table. There is a nice deck and I understand there was a wedding there. The backyard is definitely big enough for it. Beds and pillows were really comfortable
and the place was spotless. My husband's other favorite thing was that you can pull into the garage. Unloading all of my bags in December can be cold! As you head back to the strip, you pass a gas station, pizza place and cute market within a mile. You also
pass a Kroger which was our main grocery spot. If you make a left out of the driveway through Wears Valley, it's a scenic ride to the south end of Gatlinburg. The only thing I would caution if you are arriving at night is to go slow as you are approaching
because we drove right past it twice. It gets dark in the country at night :)

Nov 20, 2013 We found a winner!
Date of Stay November 8, 2013
The family attempted something new this year, a weekend get away prior to the holidays when everyone is dragged in different directions. My goal was to find a cabin that was large enough to give all adults their own space, something not high in the mountains, close
to town and this cabin fit all the needs on my wish list. Even though we weren't up in the mountains the view was nice. If we continue this gathering for years to come, this is the home I would go back to. It was perfect for our needs.

Aug 6, 2013 Family Getaway at The Roscoe Retreat----Good Times
Date of Stay July 27, 2013
Our family spends time in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg every couple of years. Usually cabins high up on the mountain. We have several small children this year so decided to stay close to town. Great idea. This cabin is only a couple blocks off the parkway which
makes it very convenient for all. The house is very spacious and comfortable for a big crowd (14 adults and 4 children). We enjoyed our time at Roscoe's Retreat very much. Staff at realtors so so helpful. We would stay here again for sure. WE HAD A BLAST....Thanks
for sharing your home.

We were looking for a place to fit a family getaway. We had 7 adults and 6 children. We had more then enough bedrooms for everyone to get their own room which was great for a little down time to recover from the longs days at Dollywood. My only regret was we
only rented for 3 nights. The accommodations were so enjoyable and Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg had too much to do in the short time we were there. The kids had fun in the hottub but the adults never got a chance. Highly recommend and I think we will be back

Great time and excellent cabin. Close to the parkway and easy access. Parking could be difficult with 5 or more cars. Wonderful time with 5 families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Very few of the bedrooms have drawer space and none have closets.
As long as you are ok with living out of your suitcase, you cannot beat this place. Very clean and a ton of kitchen cookware and dishes.

This is a perfect get away from your daily routine. The cabin is quite spacious and very well maintained with excellent amenities. Inside the cabin there is beautiful decor and it is the perfect environment to have a nice relaxed vacation. The view from the
cabin is amazing and its location could not be better. It is high enough in the mountains to have its scenic view but not at all far from the town with a nice cafe just a minute away. I definitely recommend this to you for a family vacation, a fun weekends
with friends or for an adventurous trip, whatever it may be. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did along with my family.
